A long-standing project by the Dumbleyung Townscape Community group is an eye-catching attraction at the western entrance to the town of Dumbleyung.

Pat Holmes developed the design and Nick Green of Dumbleyung Engineering, has constructed it. Shire council workers erected it and volunteer townscape members have added touches to personalize the panel.

The project has evolved over many months and it has been interesting seeing it progress. The recent addition of the blue inserts has really made the Bluebird image stand out.

There is still some landscaping to be done around the panel, which we have no doubt will soon reflect the expertise and enthusiasm of the Dumbleyung townscape enthusiasts and can only add to an already attractive area.
